An offering of peace and unity in the form of an angel as we close the year and welcome a new one. These angels are made from remnants of handwoven textiles, offcuts saved from past year’s one of a kind coats. Each are hand stitched from a variety of weavings: Scottish cashmere woven into checks of heather greys, stony blues, and mossy greens, puzzleblock merino wools, and persimmon-dyed silks from Japan. Each angel is handmade, arriving wrapped in beautiful paper with silk ribbons and a card.

A portion of the proceeds contribute to a chosen charity. This year's angels are dedicated to supporting the crucial work of I AM ALS, in honour and memory of my mother, who even through her own battle with ALS managed to share such pure beauty, humour, and tenderness with those around her. I AM ALS is a non-profit organization actively combating ALS (also known as motor neuron disease or Lou Gehrig's disease), tirelessly advancing research, advocating for policy changes, and offering essential support to affected families.

In my own experience, facing such a diagnosis can make individuals and families feel adrift at sea. I am profoundly grateful for I AM ALS, not just for its focus on finding a cure but also for being a beacon of hope during times of profound change and challenges. US & international shipping: Multiple angels can be ordered, with flat-rate international shipping available from the US.

US shipping: $9.50. Shipping outside the US: $12.00.  Shipping rates across the board are higher this year, even for a small parcel. I have offered the most economical options for US & international shipping to arrive before 25 December. All orders will be tracked. Ordering multiple angels will not increase the shipping costs. If you are overseas and really would like an angel but are put off by the shipping, I can send it via USPS for $10, but delivery is estimated at 30 days.
